Stevie Johnson is expected to play Sunday despite dealing with a hamstring issue. We break down the fantasy implications.
CBS Sports' Jason La Confora reports that Buffalo Bills WR Stevie Johnson (hamstring) is expected to play Sunday against the St. Louis Rams, and should "see plenty of action". Johnson tweaked his hamstring on a touchdown catch last week and missed part of practice, but he kept insisting that he will play. Seems he was right.
Johnson has 55 catches for 705 yards and five TDs on the season.
Fantasy Impact: Johnson is ready to play, but it's uncertain how effective he will be running on a bum leg in what's expected to be nasty weather.
He's a fine option for the entire fantasy playoffs, but this week is more of a gamble. Go with him as a WR3 for now.
