Donald Brown is officially inactive for Week 14, giving Vick Ballard the start. We break down the fantasy implications.
Indianapolis Colts RB Donald Brown (ankle) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. Brown was already ruled out earlier in the week, so this is just confirmation. He suffered an ankle injury in last week's game that could keep him out several weeks.
Vick Ballard will the start and handle the majority of carries.
Fantasy Impact: Ballard was stuck in a timeshare with Brown despite showing much more playmaking ability, so this news is a blessing in disguise for fantasy owners. He should have a nice day against Tennessee's porous run defense.
Depending on how serious Brown's injury is, Ballard could be a solid RB2/flex play throughout the rest of the fantasy playoffs.
