Jamaal Charles went 80 yards for a touchdown on the Chiefs' first play from scrimmage Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Jamaal Charles went 80 yards for a touchdown on the Kansas City Chiefs' first play from scrimmage during Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Charles currently has 82 yards rushing on just three carries through the first quarter.
Charles is set to pick up over 100 total yards of offense for the fourth time in his last five games. He has now scored two touchdowns over that span.
Fantasy Impact: Charles didn't go anywhere on his next two carries, but regardless, fantasy owners have to be ecstatic about his start so far Sunday. Charles is clearly one of the most explosive backs in the league. He is a solid RB1/RB2 in all fantasy formats, despite playing on an awful Chiefs squad. He seems to be making big plays every week.
