Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Doug Martin's rookie season has propelled plenty of fantasy owners to the playoffs, but he's coming up small in one of the most important fantasy weeks of the year.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin is struggling so far in his team's Week 14 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Martin has rushed nine times for just 34 yards, as the Buccaneers' offense has been completely stagnant through the first half of play. The Eagles took a 10-0 lead to halftime.

Fantasy Impact: Martin's fantasy owners are likely playing in the first round of the fantasy football playoffs this week, since the rookie running back has been outstanding this season. Unfortunately, he has struggled to get things going in one of the most important weeks of the fantasy season.

Martin has full half to get things going, so don't give up hope just yet.
