St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson scored a touchdown in the Rams' win over the Buffalo Bills. We break down the fantasy implications.
St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson was limited to 64 yards on 19 carries, but did manage to find the end zone on Sunday. Jackson and the Rams defeated the Buffalo Bills, 15-12.
Jackson was held to just 3.4 yards per carry, but scored on a one-yard rush in the third quarter to give the Rams a 7-6 lead.
Fantasy Impact: Jackson found the end zone for just the third time this season and for the first time since Nov. 11. He added one reception for nine yards as well and performed well in what was the opening week of the fantasy playoffs for most leagues.
Jackson has been hit-or-miss for much of the season, but came through when it mattered most for fantasy owners on Sunday against the Bills.
