Matt Ryan threw for 342 yards and two TDs in a losing effort to the Panthers.
Atlanta Falcons QB Matt Ryan had another fine fantasy performance in Week 14. Against the Carolina Panthers, Ryan completed 34-of-49 passes for 342 yards, two TDs and one interception.for a 94.1 QB Rating. It was a markedly better statline than last week's Saints game.
Unfortunately, the defense went down big early and Ryan's efforts went for naught as the Falcons lost 30-20.
Fantasy Impact: After falling down 23-0, the Falcons gave up on the run game (only 11 rushing attempts) and simply let Ryan win the game for them. He came up short, but it was a valiant comeback effort.
Ryan is still a quality QB1 play in the fantasy playoffs. The Falcons host the Giants in Week 15.
