"Oh sure, you've got to think that; you've got to play like that," Sanchez said. "And as soon as you step on the field, you've got to be the baddest guy out there. The toughest, the best, the most accurate, and you've got to want to win."
Analysis: Sanchez went 5-for-6 passing during 11-on-11 drills Thursday, which is probably the more tangible bit of news. Tim Tebow, meanwhile, had an awful outing, going 2-for-10 and an interception while taking four sacks behind the second string offensive line. Anything Sanchez says now is just talk until he proves it on the field. His stats were shaky over the course of training camp. He completed just over 50 percent of his passes for six touchdowns and seven interceptions. For the moment, Sanchez is probably best left on waivers.
