Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Dallas Clark is expected to see limited playing time Friday against the Titans. We break down the fantasy implications.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Dallas Clark is expected to see limited action in Friday's preseason game against the Tennessee Titans. Clark was held out of the preseason opener as a precaution but The Tampa Bay Times reports that Clark has been a significant part of the passing game in practice. Friday should help Clark and Josh Freeman get on the same page in game conditions.
Analysis: This isn't the same Dallas Clark, who for years was such an integral part of the Peyton Manning-led offense in Indianapolis. He has missed 15 games over the last two seasons, but is getting a chance to replace Kellen Winslow in Tampa Bay. It will be interesting to see how Clark and Freeman work together, but right now Clark is closer to a No. 2 tight end or bye week replacement than a solid fantasy play.
