Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin said on Twitter that he still wasn't sure if Pete Carroll was going to clear him to play tonight against the Denver Broncos. Baldwin has been dealing with some hamstring issues in camp but isn't expected to miss any regular season time. He caught 51 passes for 781 yards as a rookie last season after going through the whole draft without a team using a pick on him out of Stanford.
Fantasy Implications: Baldwin was one of the top slot receivers in the NFL last year but is a bit of a question mark when it comes to starting in fantasy. Given the right matchup, Baldwin can be very valuable like when he had 8 catches for 136 yards and a touchdown against the Giants. However, he had three or fewer catches on nine occasions. I expect Baldwin to improve but he's on the cusp between WR3 and bench in fantasy right now.
