Davone Bess is making a case to be the top receiving target in Miami. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Dolphins offense struggled mightily against the Falcons on Friday night, but Davone Bess easily put in one of the best performances for Miami. He finished with four receptions for 59 yards in one half of play.

Analysis: If fantasy owners are looking for who the No. 1 target in Miami will be, look no further than Bess. He's emerging as the go-to target for Ryan Tannehill, and will likely receive the most targets often. The Dolphins do not possess elite talent at receiver, so they will have to make due what what they have right now. Bess ran solid routes and looked like he wanted the ball in his hands against Atlanta, a positive sign for this rebuilding team going forward. His performance against Dallas this Wednesday could give owners more confidence if he finishes strong. He is a strong play in PPR leagues.
