New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw says his hand is feeling much better and should be ready to play in the season-opener against the Dallas Cowboys. We break down the fantasy implications.

New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw says his hand is feeling much better and doesn't expect it to be a problem in the season-opener against the Dallas Cowboys, Ralph Vacchiano of The New York Daily News reports. Bradshaw missed Friday night's preseason game because of a popped cyst on his hand. Giants coach Tom Coughlin says he expects the starters to play a little in Wednesday's preseason finale but says that could change.

Analysis: Bradshaw missed last week's game as a precaution so there is no real concern here for fantasy owners. Bradshaw is a decent No. 2 option at running back and should get plenty of chances during the regular season. The concern for Bradshaw owners in the development of rookie David Wilson, who could start to cut into the number of carries Bradshaw gets. Those who select Bradshaw will want to target Wilson later in drafts.
