Multiple teams have called the Miami Dolphins regarding a possible trade for backup quarterback Matt Moore. We break down the fantasy implications.

Multiple teams have called the Miami Dolphins regarding a possible trade for backup quarterback Matt Moore, according to the Palm Beach Post. Rookie Ryan Tannehill beat out Matt Moore for the starting job after David Garrard went down this preseason, but Moore played 13 games for the Dolphins a year ago. Several teams are in the market for a veteran backup.

Analysis: No teams have been specifically mentioned in reports, but Moore would not be a starter anywhere at this point. Teams that could use a more reliable backup include the Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos. Dolphins general manager would certainly love to get a draft pick for Moore, who won't be of any value to the team.
