Mike Goodson was held out of Oakland Raiders training camp Wednesday, one day after suffering a scary neck injury. Here are the fantasy implications.

Mike Goodson was held out of Oakland Raiders training camp Wednesday one day after being hospitalized with a neck injury, Steve Corkan of the Contra Costa Times reports. Goodson left the field on a stretcher during Tuesday's evening practice following a helmet-to-helmet collision. The running back was released from the hospital late in the evening after CT and MRI tests came back negative.

Analysis: First off, thanks goodness that Goodson is okay following what sounds like a scary scene. Understandably, the Raiders aren't in any rush to put the running back on the field. Until Goodson is ready, expect Taiwan Jones and Lonyae Miller to see more reps behind Darren McFadden. Also, don't be surprised if the Raiders bring in another running back to provide the offense with some extra depth in training camp. In the long-term, it sound like Goodson will be okay for the regular season.
