Brian Urlacher Non-Participant In Monday's Practice Estimation: Fantasy Implications

CHICAGO, IL - SEPTEMBER 09: Brian Urlacher #54 of the Chicago Bears stands on the sidelines during the 2012 NFL season opener against the Indianapolis Colts at Soldier Field on September 9, 2012 in Chicago, Illinois. The Bears defeated the Colts 41-21. (Photo by Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images)

Brian Urlacher was listed as a DNP in Monday's practice estimations. We break down the fantasy implications.

Chicago Bears LB Brian Urlacher (knee) is listed as a non-participant in Monday's practice estimations (no practices were held). The Bears take on the Green Bay Packers on Thursday Night Football.

Fantasy Impact: Urlacher missed most of training camp and preseason with offseason knee surgery. He was active for Week 1 against the Colts, but the Bears were very cautious with his workload, as he played in only 44% of the defensive snaps, tallying two tackles and a pass defended while sitting out most of the second half. We don't expect much more out of him in a short week against the explosive Packers offense.
