Darrelle Revis has been cleared for physically activity, New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan told reporters Wednesday. He has not been cleared for contact, however, leaving his status uncertain for the Jets' Week 2 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Revis suffered a mild concussion during Sunday's blowout win over the Buffalo Bills.
Analysis: So far so good for Revis, who appears to be on his way to playing against the Steelers. Things are still a bit hazy, however, so you will want to keep a close eye on injury reports Thursday and Friday to make sure he is still progressing. Revis made IDP owners happy with five tackles and an interception against the Bills.
