New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks did not practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Editor's Update: Hakeem Nicks confirmed that he missed practice on Wednesday to rest his foot. Nicks said he would practice on Thursday, according to Ralph Vacchiano of The New York Daily News.

New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks did not practice Wednesday. Nicks, who broke his foot in the offseason, played in last week's season-opener against the Dallas Cowboys and reported being "a little sore" afterward. The Giants play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners shouldn't be too concerned at this point, as it was a rest day. Nicks had four catches in his team's Week 1 loss but that came after just limited action in the preseason. Nicks owners should monitor injury reports at the week goes along but he should be available for Week 2.
