Rashad Jennings has not officially been ruled out for Week 2 after an MRI revealed no significant damage in his injured knee. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rashad Jennings has not yet officially been ruled out for Week 2, Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey told the Florida Times-Union on Wednesday. A report by the Times-Union earlier in the day indicated that Jennings would likely sit out against the Houston Texans. MRI results Wednesday revealed no significant damage to the running back's injured knee, however.

Analysis: Whether Jennings plays or not, Maurice Jones-Drew appears to be on his way to taking over the lion's share of touches once again for Jacksonville. Jennings will earn carries if he's healthy, however, so while he may not be a viable fantasy option in standard leagues this week MJD owners will want to keep a close eye on the backup's status.
