Austin Collie was held out of practice Thursday despite being cleared for contact, pulling the brakes on his Week 2 status. We break down the fantasy implications.

Indianapolis Colts WR Austin Collie (concussions) has been held out of practice once again Thursday, reports Adam Caplan. It's a major setback for the wideout, who has been cleared for contact and was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. Collie hasn't played since the third preseason game, where he suffered his fourth concussion in two years.

Fantasy Impact: Sounds like it will be yet another game time decision for the Colts, who waited all the way up to warmup drills last week to declare Collie inactive. It's also another sign that we shouldn't take Chuck Pagano's injury news at face value - he declared just one day ago that Collie would be full-go Sunday. At this point, Collie probably isn't a safe fantasy play even if he's active - there's just too much uncertainty surrounding his health right now.
