Clay Matthews Dominates Against Bears For Fantasy IDP Owners

The Bears couldn't do anything to stop Clay Matthews in Week 2. We break down the fantasy implications.

Clay Matthews absolutely manhandled the Chicago Bears on Thursday night, tallying up 3.5 sacks and seven total tackles on the night at Lambeau Field. Those numbers now bring Matthews' sack total up to 6.0 sacks in 2012, matching his total from last season.

Fantasy Impact: It was almost difficult to watch at times. Matthews was all over the field, and he and Jay Cutler became well acquainted as he constantly drove the Bears quarterback into the ground. Matthews is having an outstanding year so far, and he is one of the best plays you can make right now if your league includes individual defense players (IDP). This guy is on fire right now.
