How To Post
Go down to the comments section below and post the question in the subject line. In the message portion, include a quick rundown of pertinent facts about your league and team. Leagues and teams vary, so include any pertinent details about your roster and your leagues scoring system.
All official SB Nation answers will come from the user SB Nation Fantasy. For tonight, that account will be run by David Fucillo of Niners Nation. While David is a 49ers fan, he has generally been able to get around his 49ers biases in his fantasy football advice. Of course, feel free to take his 49ers suggestions (and I suppose Cowboys suggestions, to a lesser extent!) with the proverbial grain of salt.
Week 2 Sit/Start Advice
Thursday Night Football is a wrap, which means it is time to get ready for the weekend. The biggest surprise from TNF has to be that Randall Cobb was not targeted all that frequently. The absence of Greg Jennings seemed like it would open the door for a big performance from Cobb. Instead, he was on the field for only 20 offensive snaps and seemed to get game-planned out for one night. He still has upside, but he is appearing to be a much better keeper option as opposed to re-draft leagues.
As we head into the weekend, make sure and check out some of our Week 2 sit/start options. If you are 0-1 in your league, this week is absolutely key. While Week 2 is not necessarily must-win in the NFL, for fantasy leagues it is just about a must-win if you are 0-1. Playoffs start in Week 14 for most leagues, so an 0-2 start puts you in a sizable hole. We will be keeping an eye on injury updates and playing time questions all weekend long.
Drop in with your questions until kickoff so we can get you ready for a Week 2 victory!
