Javon Ringer has been ruled out for Sunday's game between the Titans and Chargers after nearly losing his arm due to infection. We break down the fantasy implications.

Javon Ringer will sit out Sunday's game between the Tennessee Titans and the San Diego Chargers due to an infection that nearly cost him his arm, according to Pro Football Talk. The backup running back spent four night in a hospital and underwent two surgeries for a condition known as cellulitis, and had to have a mechanism installed near his elbow to drain fluid from his arm.

Fantasy Impact: No, this doesn't have major fantasy football implications, but thanks goodness Ringer still has both of his arms. Having Ringer on the sideline will benefit Chris Johnson owners slightly, though Ringer was not expected to play a significant role in the offense anyway. The running back hopes to return to practice next week.
