Daniel Thomas has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders due to a concussion. We break down the fantasy implications.

Daniel Thomas has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 2 contest between the Miami Dolphins and the Oakland Raiders, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald. Thomas suffered a concussion during last week's season opener against the Houston Texans, and was unable to pass protocol testing to return to the field.

Fantasy Impact: With Thomas out, rookie Lamar Miller will act as Reggie Bush's top backup at running back. Thomas has been disappointing as a fantasy football option since entering his 2011 rookie season with a lot of sleeper hype. He was underwhelming once again during the preseason, opening the door for the explosive Miller to potentially climb the depth chart.
