Beanie Wells is probable. We break down the fantasy implications.
Beanie Wells (knee) practiced all week and is listed as probable to take on the New England Patriots.
Analysis: Expecting to see Beanie Wells on the injury report is like expecting the replacement refs to miss calls. Beanie popped up on the injury report last week for a hamstring injury, but now he's back to dealing with a knee injury. That knee injury cost him time in the preseason and there's a good chance he misses time with this injury. Ryan Williams has more value at this point, but we wouldn't start either player against the Patriots. Wells also isn't exactly a must-own player in shallow formats.
