KANSAS CITY, MO - NOVEMBER 27: Defensive back Brandon Flowers #24 of the Kansas City Chiefs brake up a pass intended for wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery #89 of the Pittsburgh Steelers during the first half on November 27, 2011 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. Brandon Flowers is questionable. We break down the fantasy implications.
Brandon Flowers (Achilles) declared himself ready to return to play football and was a full participant in practice on Thursday and Friday and is questionable for Sunday.
Analysis: The Chiefs need Flowers back in a bad way. Their defense was absolutely torched against the Falcons with Matty Ice and Julio Jones going bananas for fantasy owners. The Chiefs get a step down in competition with Ryan Fitzpatrick set to turn it around against them. The Chiefs have one of the best safeties in the league and Tamba Hali will also return from suspension. They still shouldn't be starting as a fantasy defense and Stevie Johnson could have success against them.
