Hakeem Nicks is active for Sunday's game between the Giants and Buccaneers. We break down the fantasy implications.
Hakeem Nicks is active for Sunday's game between the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Nicks has been bothered by a foot injury, though he was able to play in the Giants' season opener against the Dallas Cowboys as well. Though Nicks is playing, he may not quite be 100 percent.
Fantasy Impact: Nicks was technically a game-time decision, though he has a history of playing through injuries. Whether he will be effective enough for fantasy owners remains to be seen. He had a disappointing debut, catching four passes for 38 yards against Dallas. The Bucs are a much better matchup, however.
