Brandon Jacobs and Ted Ginn are among seven players inactive for the 49ers tonight. We break down the fantasy implications.

The San Francisco 49ers, per their official Twitter, have seven players listed as inactive for Sunday Night's game against the Detroit Lions: RB Brandon Jacobs, WR Ted Ginn, RB LaMichael James, WR A.J. Jenkins, G Joe Looney, TE Garrett Celek and NT Ian Williams.

Fantasy Impact: No big surprises here. Jacobs and Ginn were also inactive last week, and neither of them are expected back any time soon. The 49ers will roll with only 4 WRs and 2 RBs tonight, with Kendall Hunter spelling Frank Gore and Kyle Williams handling punt returns. None of these players are expected to have any fantasy impact in the near future.
