Rashad Jennings could play Week 3 for the Jags after sitting out Week 2 with a knee injury. We break down the fantasy implications.
Rashad Jennings could play Week 3 when the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Indianapolis Colts, according to John Oehser of the team's official site. Jennings was held of the Jags' Week 2 contest against the Houston Texans with a right knee injury suffered in the season opener.
Fantasy Impact: Even if he Jennings is able to play, he might have missed his opportunity to steal carries from Maurice Jones-Drew. The Jags gave MJD near exclusive carries Sunday, though they didn't run the ball much. Still, Jones-Drew picked up a respectable 60 yards on 12 carries and seven yards and a touchdown on three receptions. Jennings is a necessary handcuff to Jones-Drew in standard leagues, but that's about the extent of his fantasy value.
