Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart is questionable for Thursday's game against the New York Giants because of a right-ankle injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart is listed as questionable for Thursday's game with the New York Giants. Stewart did not practice on Tuesday because of an injured right ankle. He missed the first game of the season but rushed for 51 yards on 11 carries and scored on a 17-yard pass in Week 2.

Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners should check on Thursday before kickoff just to make sure he's active. He's already missed one game this season and it's not clear how effective he will be on short rest. If healthy, Stewart remains a solid No. 3 fantasy RB or flex option. He will lose some touches to DeAngelo Williams and Mike Tolbert.
