Drew Brees Practices Wednesday, Remains Fantasy Must-Start

GLENDALE AZ - OCTOBER 10: Quarterback Drew Brees #9 of the New Orleans Saints warms up on the sidelines during the NFL game against the Arizona Cardinals at the University of Phoenix Stadium on October 10 2010 in Glendale Arizona. New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees was a full participant in practice this week. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees was a full participant (ankle) in Wednesday's practice. Brees had to get his ankle taped in the Week 2 loss to the Carolina Panthers, but he finished the game without missing a snap. Brees and the winless Saints are looking the Kansas City Chiefs in the face in Week 3.

Fantasy Analysis: Given that Brees finished the game against Carolina and practiced this week, there should be no reason for fantasy owners to fret. Brees remains a must-start in virtually every fantasy league, despite his bumpy start to the 2012 regular season.
