Shane Vereen is questionable for Sunday's game between the Patriots and the Ravens. We break down the fantasy implications.

Shane Vereen is listed is as questionable on Friday's injury report released by the New England Patriots, according to Shalise Young of the Boston Globe. Vereen has missed the Pats' first two games of the season with a foot injury that has nagged him since preseason.

Fantasy Impact: Whether or not Vereen is declared active, don't expect him to knock Stevan Ridley off his perch as the team's No. 1 running back. Ridley has more than earned his spot on the depth chart, and Vereen still isn't 100 percent. Things could change as the season goes on, but for now Ridley is the fantasy back to own in the Pats' backfield.
