Bernard Scott is active for Sunday's game between the Bengals and the Redsksins. We break down the fantasy implications.
Bernard Scott is active for Sunday's game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Washington Redskins. Scott has sat out the Bengals' first two games of the season with a hand injury. The running back was a full participant in practice throughout the past week.
Fantasy Impact: BenJarvus Green-Ellis is still the clear starter in Cincinnati's backfield, but Scott should relieve him for a few carries. Scott isn't a viable fantasy option in standard leagues, but he may chip a bit off of Green-Elllis' fantasy prospects. Keep an eye on how Scott is deployed this week, though he isn't expected to be much more than a third-down back.
