Tennessee Titans tight end Jared Cook left Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions with a shoulder injury and is questionable to return. We break down the fantasy implications.

Tennessee Titans tight end Jared Cook left Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions with a shoulder injury and is questionable to return. Cook was delivering another solid fantasy outing with four catches for 77 yards and a touchdown. Cook caught a 61-yard touchdown from quarterback Jake Locker before leaving the game.

Fantasy Impact: Jared Cook has quietly been one of the most consistent tight ends in fantasy football since the end of last season. He had produced plenty of yardage and snagged a touchdown on Sunday. As Jake Locker continues to develop, Cook's fantasy value will continue to rise. That is contingent upon him being healthy, of course.
