Donald Brown Still Mediocre Fantasy Option After 101 Total Yards

Donald Brown wasn't too great against the Jaguars. We break down the fantasy implications.

Indianapolis Colts RB Donald Brown had another unimpressive day in Week 3. Against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Brown had 62 rushing yards on 18 carries, and had 39 receiving yards on one catch to inch over 100 total yards for the day. The Colts ended up losing 22-17.

Fantasy Impact: Luck was second on the team with 50 rushing yards. Now Luck is hardly a Drew Bledsoe statue, but it's rarely a good sign when you nearly get outgained by your QB. Brown will continue to be the starter going forward because well, they don't really have anyone else, but fantasy owners shouldn't be counting on him for anything more than a minor flex/spot start option. The Colts get a bye in Week 4.
