Jared Cook had 77 yards and a touchdown before leaving Sunday's game with a shoulder injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jared Cook caught four passes for 77 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's game between the Tennessee Titans and the Detroit Lions. He was forced to leave the game late in the second quarter with a shoulder injury. Cook will undergo an MRI on Monday, but coach Mike Munchak believes the tight end will be available for Week 4.

Fantasy Impact: Cook was on his way to a monster performance before leaving the game. He has established himself as one of the best available backups in standard leagues, if not a low-end starter most weeks. Cook is definitely worth targeting if he is still available on waivers in your fantasy league.
