Rob Gronkowski's limited role during Sunday's game between the New England Patriots and the Baltimore Ravens was due to the Ravens' defensive gameplan, according to offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels. The normally prolific tight end was targeted just three times on the night, and finished with two receptions for 21 yards.
Fantasy Impact: Tom Brady said following the loss that he needed to do a better job of finding his tight end in the passing game. McDaniels dismissed the notion, saying the Ravens were keying in on stopping Gronkowski throughout the game. Whatever the case, consider Sunday's game an outlier for now. Gronkowski caught six passes for at least 60 yards and a touchdown in his first two games.
