Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid has spoken with Michael Vick and assured him that he's still the team's starting quarterback. Reid confirmed (via The Philadelphia Inquirer) Vick's status on Wednesday, days after the coach said that Vick was the starting quarterback "right now" and suggested that it would be evaluated as the season went along. Vick has turned the ball over nine times in three weeks and the Eagles didn't score a touchdown in their Week 3 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact: No one really expected Vick's status to change but Reid didn't give his quarterback a ringing endorsement earlier in the week. Vick continues to frustrate fantasy owners but remains a starter in most formats this week. Everyone just wants to see him cut down on the turnovers.
