Sebastian Janikowski was limited in Thursday's practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Oakland Raiders K Sebastian Janikowski (groin) was limited in Thursday's practice, reports Paul Gutierrez of CSN Bay Area. Janikowski has been dealing with a groin issue since the preseason, but it's hardly slowed down his play. He's a perfect 6-for-6 for field goals on the year, including a game-winning 43-yarder against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3.

Fantasy Impact: The kicker is the appendix of fantasy football--nobody notices it until it explodes and cripples your roster. If your final-round afterthought goes down with an injury, you're suddenly hunting for table scraps on the waiver wire. Fortunately for Seabass owners, there shouldn't be anything to worry about here - he's played in every game so far, and is still as automatic as they come at age 34.
