Evan Royster listed as probable for Week 4, still holds little fantasy value

Rafael Suanes-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Washington Redskins running back Evan Royster (knee) is listed as probable this week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Washington Redskins running back Evan Royster is listed as probable this week and expects to play on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Royster has been slowed by a knee injury and the team this week signed Ryan Grant to help back up rookie Alfred Morris.

Fantasy Impact: This news does little to change Royster's fantasy value for this week, as Morris remains the top running back in Washington. It should, however, slow down the number of claims on Grant, who was signed this week as Roy Helu was put on injured reserve. Royster should continue to be the primary backup for Morris, but there are no sure things when it comes to Mike Shanahan and his running backs.
