Denarius Moore Fantasy Value Could Be In Jeopardy For Week 1

The Raiders still aren't clear if Denarius Moore will play in their regular season opener. We break down the fantasy implications.

Denarius Moore has been out with a hamstring injury for a couple months now, but he is running at practice and appears to be looking in better shape. Head coach Dennis Allen did not give a cut off day for ruling out Moore for Week 1. The Raiders would like to get him practicing soon, though.

Fantasy Impact: Hamstring injuries are never easy to deal with, and clearly Moore's ailment has been handled with kid gloves by Oakland. Allen said his No. 1 receiver on the depth chart "had a couple of good days back to back" and that he's encouraged by his progress. Unless Moore starts practicing within a few days from now, fantasy owners need to be looking for a replacement at receiver for Week 1. Fortunately for him, the Raiders play Monday night, so he has an extra day to prepare.
