Running back Marshawn Lynch ran the ball 20 times and posted 118 rushing yards and a TD to go with his four catches for 37 yards in the loss at St. Louis,
Analysis: He was really the only thing the Seahawks had on Sunday with Russell Wilson struggling to get the ball to his receivers down the field. Lynch looks like he is healthy and the back spasms are are thing of the past. While there might be some QB controversy, Lynch's role is as solid as ever as the staple of the Seattle offense. He will get the Panthers next week and the Patriots in two weeks. He'll be a must-start option for those games and just about every other.
