Trent Richardson practiced with the Cleveland Browns again Wednesday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports. Richardson returned to practice Monday after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery on Aug. 9. Head coach Pat Shurmur said Tuesday that Richardson will likely start the season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
Analysis: Barring an unforeseen setback, Richardson will take the field Sunday for Cleveland. As long as he starts, he should be considered a safe starting fantasy option considering his immense talent and anticipated heavy workload behind an improved Browns offensive line. He is ranked as the No. 19 best fantasy running back in standard leagues for Week 1 by SB Nation.
