Kevin Ogletree Fantasy Update: Cowboys WR Stealing The Show In Week 1

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - SEPTEMBER 05: Wide receiver Kevin Ogletree #85 of the Dallas Cowboys runs with the ball after a catch against free safety Antrel Rolle #26 of the New York Giants during the 2012 NFL season opener at MetLife Stadium on September 5, 2012 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Kevin Ogletree is taking over against the Giants defense. We break down the fantasy implications.

Kevin Ogletree is making his case to fantasy owners in a big way against the Giants, catching six passes for 87 yards and two touchdowns in less than three quarters of play. He is looking like a top pickup on the waiver wire this upcoming week.

Fantasy Impact: After Ogletree caught his first touchdown pass on the night, fantasy owners nodded in approval. After the second they instantly jumped online to see if he was available in their leagues. Early in the third quarter Ogletree leads all Cowboys receivers with eight targets from QB Tony Romo, finding plenty of room to run against the Giants weakened secondary. Expect him to be one of the first to be picked up this week in fantasy leagues everywhere.
