David Wilson Finishes Week 1 With Awful Fantasy Outing

David Wilson failed to make much of an impact in his first regular season game. We break down the fantasy implications.

David Wilson did not do much to help his cause against the Cowboys on Wednesday night, carrying the ball just two times for four yards. The rookie managed to lose a fumble early on in the game, and it was clear Tom Coughlin didn't feel comfortable with Wilson touching the ball the rest of the night.

Fantasy Impact: For all the praise Wilson received throughout the preseason, it appears his fumbling woes continue to linger. The Giants sent him back to return kicks as well, and he might not even be allowed to have these privileges if he can't hold onto the ball. Wilson seemed to be crying on the sideline after his mishap, showing how much he's concerned with this issue. He'll have to win his coaches over again if he wants to see significant playing time.
