Quarterback Drew Brees says Washington Redskins rookie Robert Griffin III has the physical talents to take the NFL by storm. We break down the fantasy implications.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has high praise for Robert Griffin III and says that the Washington Redskins rookie could take the NFL by storm. Brees, speaking Wednesday on a conference call with Washington reporters, said Griffin is a phenomenal athlete who can do things running and throwing that most people can't do. Brees did add that he hoped Griffin would wait a week before having a breakout performance. The teams square off in New Orleans on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners who drafted Griffin have to like hearing this kind of praise from an elite quarterback like Brees. However, this is not enough to push Griffin into a starting fantasy lineup for Week 1. Griffin has potential to turn into a fantasy starter but, for now, should remain a No. 2 fantasy option.
