As much as I love fantasy football, I hate setting my lineup for Week 1. Even if you watched the preseason carefully -- and God help you if you did, you miserable soul -- there are so many unknowns about which players will regress, and which ones will come out of nowhere to get eight catches for 114 yards and two touchdowns DAMN YOU OGLETREE! You're stealing Dez Bryant's production!
