Beanie Wells is listed as questionable on the Arizona Cardinals' injury report Friday, but the running back believes he will play Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports. Wells has been battling knee and hamstring injuries throughout preseason. Ryan Williams would be in line for an expanded role should Wells sit.
Analysis: Wells was a limited participant in practice Friday, making his status uncertain. He was able to play in the team's final two preseason games despite the same nagging concerns, however, so it's possible that the Cardinals are being cautious. Unfortunately, the game kicks off in the second block of afternoon matchups Sunday, leaving owners in the lurch if they need to set their lineup early. Against a tough Seahawks front seven, you may be better off avoiding Wells as a fantasy option this weekend if possible.
