Arrelious Benn is listed as questionable for Sunday's game between the Buccaneers and the Panthers. We break down the fantasy implications.
Arrelious Benn is listed as questionable on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' injury report for Sunday's season opener against the Carolina Panthers. Benn suffered a sprained MCL during training camp, but was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Analysis: Benn seems likely to play, considering he wasn't limited much if at all during practice this past week. Still, he appears to be the Bucs' third option at best at wide receiver, and his injury problems are all the more reason to stay away this week and likely beyond. Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams are, for now, the only viable standard league fantasy options at wideout in Tampa Bay.
