Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a foot injury. Smith practice in full on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so he appears ready to suit up and play at full speed for the season opener. Smith will likely be matched up against Aqib Talib, Tampa Bay's top cornerback.
Fantasy Impact: Steve Smith's foot infection seems to be a thing of the past. He has worked his way back up to full speed and will once again be Cam Newton's No. 1 target on Sunday. Smith has a tough matchup against Aqib Talib, but it's tough to bench Smith, as he will find ways to get open, and Newton loves throwing him the ball.
