Jacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver Justin Blackmon is listed as probable for the team's game on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. We break down the fantasy implications.
Jacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver Justin Blackmon is listed as probable for the team's game on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. Blackmon was limited in practice on Wednesday but practiced in full on Thursday and Friday. He appears to be on track to make his NFL debut against the Vikings. Blackmon caught the attention of the league with an impressive preseason.
Fantasy Impact: Justin Blackmon makes for a solid third wide receiver in fantasy lineups this week against a weak Vikings secondary. Blaine Gabbert has shown improvement this preseason, and Blackmon has been his favorite target. Blackmon is so dangerous after the catch, and Gabbert has been hitting him on a lot of quick routes to give him a chance to make plays. Feel free to start him with confidence.
