Houston Texans running back Ben Tate is officially listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. We break down the fantasy implications.
Houston Texans running back Ben Tate is officially listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Tate has a head injury but practiced in full on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tate appears ready to play on Sunday, and that's particularly good news for the Texans, considering Arian Foster is questionable for the game. Tate is among the best No. 2 running backs in the NFL and a capable replacement for Foster.
Fantasy Impact: Ben Tate is healthy and ready to play on Sunday, but his fantasy value hinges more on Foster's availability. The Texans are likely to play it safe against a weaker opponent, which would bode well for Tate. There isn't much of a point in Houston risking Foster's health against Miami. Tate is definitely worth starting in fantasy leagues this week.
